- Account details: your email address and sign-in method.
- Plan and usage counts, so we can apply your plan limits.
- Payment status from PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
- Audio text, screenshots and documents you choose to send for an AI answer.
Where your content is kept
Session history, call context and Knowledge Vault documents are saved in your own browser. They are sent to our AI provider only when you ask for an answer.
How we use information
To run the service, generate answers, apply your plan, process payments and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can clear your browser data at any time, cancel your subscription, or ask us to delete your account.
