Real-time sales battlecards: answering objections live on calls
How to build objection battlecards for price, timing and competitors, and how a live AI copilot surfaces the right one during a sales call.
Quick answer
A battlecard is a short, pre-written response to a common objection. A live copilot listens for the objection and shows the matching card so you respond with value instead of hesitation.
The core cards every rep needs
Price: "Compared to what?" — reframe around the cost of the problem.
Timing: quantify the cost of waiting a quarter.
Competitor: ask which criterion matters most, then compare only on that.
Authority: offer a one-page summary for the decision-maker.
Keep cards speakable
Three bullets maximum, each under 12 words. If you can't say it naturally, rewrite it.
Ground them in your product
Add your pricing sheet, case studies and competitor notes to WhisperIQ's Knowledge Vault; Sales mode uses them when it suggests a response.
